Digital Products Refund Policy
The purchase of digital products, including but not limited to online courses, downloadable files, spreadsheets, templates, calculators, guides, memberships, and other digital materials available through mightymatrix.com, is subject to the terms outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before making any purchase.
Purchase Terms of Agreement
All digital products sold through mightymatrix.com and provided by Mighty Matrix Digital Marketing are intangible and delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund policy is explicitly stated on the relevant sales page or checkout page.
Upon successful payment and provision of access, the product is deemed delivered in full. Access to, download of, or opening of digital materials constitutes full delivery and acceptance of the purchased product.
By purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge and agree that:
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Refund eligibility applies only to specific Products where clearly indicated
• No refunds will be granted for change of mind
• No refunds will be granted for partial usage, non-usage, or failure to complete a course or utilize a product
• No refunds will be granted due to dissatisfaction once access has been provided, except where refund conditions are explicitly met
Conditional Refunds (If Applicable)
Certain Products may be eligible for a conditional refund where explicitly stated on the respective sales page or checkout page.
If a Product includes a refund policy, it will be subject to specific conditions, which may include but are not limited to:
• Completion of designated core modules or content
• Demonstration of application of the frameworks, tools, or strategies provided
• Submission of reasonable proof of engagement and implementation
Refund requests that do not meet the stated conditions will not be approved.
Refund eligibility applies only to Products where a refund policy is clearly presented. All other Products remain strictly non-refundable.
Affiliate & Refund Restrictions
If a User has generated at least one (1) verified sale through the Affiliate Program for a Product, that Product becomes strictly non-refundable for that User.
If a refund is issued, all access to the Product and any associated benefits, including but not limited to affiliate access, commissions, bonuses, tools, or related features, will be immediately revoked.
Payment Plans
If a Product is purchased through a payment plan, the purchase is strictly non-refundable.
Payment plans are offered as a convenience and do not qualify for any refund, including conditional refund policies that may apply to full-payment purchases.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of usage, satisfaction, or results.
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in immediate suspension of access and may be subject to additional collection procedures where applicable.
Delivery of Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically immediately upon successful payment.
If you do not receive access details immediately after purchase, you must contact abdulla@mightymatrix.com with proof of payment so access can be reissued.
